14 Day Money Back Guarantee - Any item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund on the cost of the item (postage & packaging not included), if the item being returned has not been used in any way remains unworn and the tags remain intact. You must pay for your own p&p for all returned items.
Postage & Packaging Refunds - We do not refund postage and packaging.
Replacements for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items - We will give you the option of insurance (recorded delivery) on all of our items. Unfortunately we can only replace items lost/stolen/damaged if you have opted to take the offered insurance.
