Your order will normally be posted the next business day after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. No pickups are permitted.

A receipt is obtained for all items sent by standard first class post (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us. Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached. Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition, unworn and with tags or hangers in place. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
