If your order does not arrive within 7 working days please do not hesitate to contact us. However, please take into consideration for us to deem a package as ‘lost in the post’ we must wait 15 working days (as per Royal Mails Terms & Conditions).

We request payment be made within 7 days of clicking ‘buy it now’ or an auction ending. We are only able to accept payment via PayPal as it is much faster and securer than conventional methods. There is no fee for paying via PayPal.
If payment is not made within 7 days we will be forced to take the relevant action to recoup our costs and this could mean you receive a ‘non-paying bidder ‘strike.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days (after dispatch). We will be unable to accept the return of an order that is not “new and sealed” in its original packaging.
In the rare even of your order arriving faulty or damaged, you may return it back to us for evaluation and we will refund you in full or send a replacement where possible.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the postage costs you incur when returning an order but we will refund the purchase price in full, including the postage paid.
